This is a great place with a great showroom and helpful employees. We used them 25 years ago on our first house and now we went back for our kitchen remodeling. It's not every day that you see the owner loading up the tiles in the vehicle. Very upbeat nice guy and I highly recommend this business.

This has been a great experience completing an almost total renovation of our home following multiple frozen them burst heating pipes on our second floor. It has been a four month process and the great carpeting is the cherry on the top. Scott and Kyle were great, they worked from the time they arrive - none stop till the job was completed almost 8 hours later. The job was done perfectly! The carpet is a great addition to the home. Thank you to all those involved from the showroom, to ordering and instillation. I would recommend them all for your flooring needs.

So far, I am very happy with Floor Source. I initially dealt with Tim who was quick to respond to my general inquiry and answer questions before scheduling a measure with Rob for two days later. From there, dealing with Rob was excellent. He came to measure the space, answered any questions regarding prep, install, product, and pricing, and was not pushy or overly sales-y like some others. The installation contractors were prompt each day and nice guys who appear to have done a good job installing the glue down vinyl planking. It was only installed a few days ago, so will revise the review if anything changes regarding the install or materials. Only minor negative is pricing is on the expensive side. However, with the way everything was handled, I was more comfortable and felt better paying more than using other vendors from whom I received lower quotes.

I cannot comment on their carpet or hardwood flooring as I did not use them for that.
